the value for money was excellent - the room rates were very reasonable. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the breakfast provided on the rooftop with a beautiful view was a delightful way to start the day.

We also enjoyed the free breakfast and found the hotel facilities to be clean and well-maintained.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Thamel, close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast served on the rooftop is absolutely delicious, and the beautiful view adds to the overall experience. The hotel even provides rooms with three beds, perfect for families or groups.

Noise levels could be better managed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Although it's hard to locate down a small alley in the middle of a construction zone, the location is right in the centre of Thamel, which is full of good restaurants. the room was clean and cosy, as was the bathroom, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. the breakfast was delicious, and the garden bar was a wonderful bonus. I also loved that I could borrow walking sticks for free!

There was an issue with double charging on credit cards, which caused some inconvenience and frustration.

Great location, helpful people on reception, cozy big rooms, wardrobe with key lock, clean bed and towels, beautiful rooftop view.

During my Xmas vacation at this hotel, I was impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff who provided noteworthy service. the hotel's key location in the city center made it easy for me to access shops, restaurants, and other essential amenities. I found the breakfast terrace's beautiful view of the mountains breathtaking, providing a perfect way to start my day.

The size of the room. the smaller standard room was too cramped for comfort and not as comfortable as I expected.
